Pay-Pro provides consultancy services for Dojo, offering card machines, payment solutions, restaurant booking systems, eCommerce gateways, and business finance solutions.
4. Payment Terms
Our services are free of charge to clients. Pay-Pro earns commission from Dojo for facilitating the consultation and installation of services. There are no upfront fees, ongoing charges, or trial requirements for our clients.
5. Free Trial Terms
We offer a 30-day free trial of services, subject to eligibility criteria such as turnover and company size. These conditions are confirmed upon enquiry.
You may cancel the trial at any time within the 30-day period.
6. Promotions
Pay-Pro offers a free lifetime rental of Dojo card machines and a 12-month price guarantee for eligible clients - start and end dates will be specified when these promotions are live.
Eligibility depends on turnover and company size, and will be confirmed upon enquiry.
Offers are available until the specified expiry date or as otherwise communicated.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate data for an accurate quote and approval process.
The application process must be followed, and approvals are subject to review.
8. Delivery and Returns
Products are delivered through Dojo and coordinated by Pay-Pro.
For returns, please contact us or Dojo directly for instructions. Products should be returned in working condition, undamaged.
9. Limitations of Liability
Pay-Pro is not responsible for specific business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee the success of the services provided but ensure that our consultancy will meet the agreed terms and conditions.
10. Applicable Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
